The fare for plant tours and accompanying person(s) programme includes
- To and from economy class air fare from Delhi including airport transfers.
- Hotel accommodation as applicable for the night of March 18, 2008 on single occupancy basis
- Transport to visiting place as applicable, breakfast at hotel and working lunch at site on March 19, 2008.
The following notes apply to plant tours
- Plant tours are open only for delegates
outside of India. Only ASIAFORGE 2008 participants
and their accompanying persons may join the plant tours
and accompanying persons programme.
- The capacity of each tour is 30 delegates plus their accompanying persons.
- Hotel accommodation is not included for Tour
1 – Delhi A and Tour 2 – Delhi B
- Hotel accommodation for Tour 4 – Pune will
be for 2 nights that is on March 18 and 19, 2008.
Departure from Pune to Delhi will be on March 19, 2008.
- Those who apply for tour are asked to state their 1 through 5 choices on the application form.
- Seats will be filled up in the order in which applications received.
- Applicants whose first tour choice is fully booked, will be booked on their next available choices.
- Should the number of applications fall short of the minimum number required, the Secretariat may cancel the relevant tour.
- Places to visit are subject to change with or without notice
- All tour fares starts and ends at Delhi. If you wish to continue from your tour destination, please inform specifically.
Reduced rates may apply in such cases which is provided below (after
reducing one way airfare)
