- The above special rates are per person per night
inclusive of buffet breakfast and current applicable
taxes.
- Should there be any change in the
hotel/government tax or tariff structure, the revised
rate will be charged.
- The check in and check out time at hotels is normally
12 Noon (Indian Standard Time).
- Cut
off date- 45 days from the check-in date after which the hotel will release
the rooms. Post this period, rooms are subject
to availability and at a new price.
- Full deposit (entire duration of stay) is required to confirm each
reservation.
- Rooms shall be made available on first cum first serve basis
subject to availability of rooms.
- Those who apply for hotel are requested to state their 1st through
8th choices on the application form.
- Rooms will be filled
up in the order in which application received.
- Applicants
whose 1st choice is fully booked, will be booked
on their next available choices.
- Shuttle bus to/from meeting venue will be arranged.
- Number of
hotel rooms is limited and we recommend you to make an early booking otherwise
you may not be able to get
hotel accommodation
- Hotel Confirmation shall only be sent after
receiving the full advance deposit (for entire duration of the stay)
